Allison de Haas named to Lycoming College Student Senate executive board

Allison de Haas, a sophomore political science major from Easton, was recently announced as the Lycoming College Student Senate President for the 2015-2016 academic school year on Thursday, Feb. 12.

The Student Senate addresses student issues and concerns through open forums and total student representation. The group functions in the best interest of the students to voice all student concerns to the Lycoming College community, to ensure student representation on faculty committees, and to fairly govern the management of student funds. Voting for de Haas's position and the entire executive board was held online for 24 hours and open to the entire student body.
