Andrew Shelly named as Lycoming Environmental Awareness Foundation (LEAF) president

Andrew Shelly, a sophomore with majors in biology from Cochranville, Pa., will serve as the president of Lycoming Environmental Awareness Foundation (LEAF) for the 2015-2016 academic year.
