Andrew Shelly receives Lycoming College Buckle Scholarship

Andrew Shelly, a junior with a major in biology from Cochranville, Pa., was recently awarded the Jack C. and Janet B. Buckle Scholarship at Lycoming College's annual Honors Convocation in April.

The Jack C. and Janet B. Buckle Scholarship is a $700 scholarship that is awarded annually to the junior male student who has made an unusual contribution to campus life through leadership in student activities. The Buckle Scholarship is presented in honor of former Dean Jack C. Buckle who retired from the college in 1988 after more than 30 years of service.
