Duncan receives Wertz award from Lycoming College

Rachel Duncan, a senior with a major in actuarial mathematics and mathematics from York Haven, Pa., received the Bishop D. Frederick Wertz Award during Lycoming College's annual Honors Convocation awards ceremony in April.

The award recognizes students for outstanding dedication and selfless service to others during their college career.
