Swarner graduates from Lycoming College

Hannah Swarner, of Williamsport, PA, graduated cum laude from Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. More than 240 graduates celebrated during the college's 168th Annual Commencement Ceremony on May 7.

Swarner also made the Dean's List for the spring 2016 semester.

Rafael Moreno Valle, the 38th governor of the Mexican state of Puebla, delivered the keynote address where he encouraged students to hold fast to their values and persevere to achieve their own personal and career goals.
