Taylor Anspach of Milton Cast in Lycoming College Play

2012 Mar 27

Taylor Anspach, a sophmore Biology major, of Milton has been cast in Brandon Thomas's play "Charlie's Aunt". "Charlie's Aunt" tells the story of two men, Jack Chesney and Charley Wykeham, and the two women that they are in love with. Wanting to impress the ladies, they schedule a visit for them to meet Charlie's wealthy aunt from Brazil. However, when she cancels at the last minute, the two men are thrown into chaos. To avoid disaster, they convince a friend of Charlie's to pretend to be the absent aunt.

The play will be held on April 11-14 at 8 p.m. in the Mary L. Welch Theater.

Tickets can be purchased at the Mary L. Welch Theatre box office, or by calling 570-321-4048. The box office is open weekdays from 1-4 p.m. and beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the evenings of the performances.

A special "Dinner and a Show" package is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 18. Tickets are $18 per person and must be reserved in advance. Those with advance tickets will enjoy a themed, pre-show dinner in the College's Jane Shultz Room.
